Road Marking Operative

What you’ll do?

This is a Full-Time role based at our Croydon depot. As part of our Operations Team, you as a Road Marking Operative will safely deliver road markings across a number of our local authority and National Highways contracts to meet our customers’ expectations of a high-quality service.

Due to the requirements of our customers, and to meet their expectations, this role will involve a variety of shift patterns. Due to this you are offered competitive Overtime, Shift allowances & Bonuses.

What we’re looking for?

Ideally you are an experienced Road marking Operative who takes pride in their work, you are approachable and personable and can communicate well at all levels with our teams, managers, customers and the general public. You work well in a team whilst also being a self-driven individual.

What you’ll need?

• NVQ Level 2 in Road marking application (Preferred)
• Full Driving Licence*
• Proven experience in working in highway and off highway works.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Have the ability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment

*If you are successful with your application a driving licence check will be carried out pre-employment.
